All products are made to order, therefore, all orders are final. Production can take up to 1-2 weeks but generally no more than 72 hours. Once production is complete, orders are inspected for quality control, packaged and shipped. If you have any questions or concerns about the specific production and delivery time of particular products, please email email@example.com.
Pre-orders are orders for items that are not in stock currently but that are expected to be available for purchase at a later date. The estimated arrival date for the item will be displayed on the product page. If you submit a pre-order, the item will be reserved for you and mailed out to you as soon as the shipment reaches our warehouse. We will send you an email when the item arrives as well as when the item ships out.
MAKING CHANGES TO AN ORDER
Unfortunately, we are not able to change out the items in an order once the order has been placed.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
All orders and preorders placed are final therefore we do not accept cancellations.
Orders may be subject to payment verification. For the protection of our customers, we want to ensure that every order that we ship out was authorized by the cardholder. If your order is placed on hold, we will reach out to you right away to ensure that the delays are minimal.
While you can choose your local currency with the currency selector, all items are priced and charged in US dollars at checkout. We recommend contacting your bank to find out their current currency exchange rate and their currency policy.
We do charge sales tax on all orders shipping to Alabama, California, Colorado, New York, South Dakota, Texas, and Wisconsin. Tax will be displayed during checkout on the site for orders shipping to those locations
