Refund policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Most items are made to order and are produced within 3-5 days. In times of increased sales volume, please allow 1-2 weeks for production before we ship your order. We are able to expedite orders as needed. If you need your order rushed, please contact sales@hustlengrace.com prior to placing your order to make sure we can accommodate you.
Exchanges may be granted due to sizing concerns but customer is responsible for production fee and shipping costs both ways. Please email sales@hustlengrace.com to inquire for eligibility. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All custom orders are final and not eligible for exchanges.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@hustlengrace.com.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service (ex: First Class Package) or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Disclaimer
We strive to provide the best service possible, with high regards to quality and customer satisfaction. However, printing on apparel is not the same as printing on paper. Minor imperfections may occur because apparel fabrics are more like woven sponges, and are blends of uneven, woven, flexible, open-fibers with colored dyes, treatments, lint and natural imperfections. Due to the nature of fabric and high level of manual handling in production, minor imperfections in the transfer and/or design of the product are not considered defects and will not be eligible for exchange or return.
