Shipping policy
Although an affordable way to send light packages, please note that USPS does not offer tracking information with “USPS First Class Mail.” Under no circumstance will we be able to track your package or provide an estimated delivery date. Hustle n' Grace is not liable for items lost or stolen in the delivery process and upon delivery of merchandise to the carrier (USPS/UPS). If you do not receive your order, you will have to place a new order or file a claim with USPS.
To receive tracking information, please select from any of the following as your shipping option:
- USPS First Class Package
- USPS Priority Mail
- USPS Priority Mail Express
- Any UPS Shipping Option
With these options, you will also be provided an estimated delivery date via USPS. All UPS shipping options offer tracking information and estimated delivery dates.
The dates listed under the Shipping Options on our checkout page reflect USPS/UPS processing time once they are in receipt of the order. It does not reflect how quickly we will process the order. If you need your order expedited or by a specific date, please contact sales@hustlengrace.com prior to placing your order so we can do our best to accommodate you. If we need to use express shipping to get your order to you by a specific date, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.
Hustle n' Grace is not liable for items lost or stolen in the delivery process and upon delivery of merchandise to the carrier (USPS/UPS) you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. You are responsible for any additional shipping charges and fees incurred from customs clearance including any duties and additional taxes (orders outside of US).
Hustle n' Grace is not liable for any exchange packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. If you choose to obtain your own shipping labels, please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your exchanges.
